Day two of the new year…today I took my son into the city, hoping he would be so excited with the journey that he wouldn’t notice me directing him towards the MCA for the Annie Leibovitz exhibition. If he knew we were going to look at photos I’m not sure he would have gone in, but after a promise of ice-cream we were wandering through the gallery and he was even stopping to look and comment on some of the images. If you get a chance to go, I highly recommend checking out Annie’s work while it is on display in Sydney, there is something so raw and moving in her images.
